Evolution of the mythical Silvia machine already popular for decades now, the new Silvia Pro offers speed and precision which surpasses its predecessor. Two independant boilers controled by P.I.D. allows you to prepare espresso and foam milk at the same time. Furthermore, the programming screen displays the shot time to facilitate the achievement of perfect extraction. All these characteristics are offered in a compact frame, well adapted to the modern kitchen. The new “X” version integrates a brew pressure gauge and programmable pre-infusion phase.
